01 Blinkers

I just did an 01-03 front end swap on my 2000 and now the blinkers flash fast. How can I fix this? other than putting the bulbs back into the other 2 unused blinkers.

Add two 10 ohm 50 watt resistors or put the bulbs back in and slide a piece of high temp hose over the bulbs and tape them back on the harness.

I would splice them in just behind the unused bulb sockets to ground. They just take the place of the load the bulbs would draw. Easiest and cheapest fix would be put the bulbs back in and slide a piece of high temp hose over them...out of sight.

Guess he could run them into the front side marker/park lamps kinda like the blinker mod. if theres enough room to clear the socket and bulb.
