I have been driving older trucks for a while (98-00) and I always liked the feature of being able to roll the window up after I pull the key out but the 04 I have you can't do that. Did ford eliminate the delay relay or is mine bad? Anybody know where its located on an 04?

I believe that the factory Ranger accessory delay feature went away at the end of 2000MY. It shouldn't be difficult to adapt your own:

Well I guess I'll have to decide if I want to add it. Seems like a nice feature, I don't understand why Ford would stop using it.

 

I did it to my 2003 per the instructions in the link above. Works well.
