04+ instrument cluster bulbs?

I pulled my cluster to change the bulbs and discovered fords"better idea" of putting those tiny bulbs in the cluster. Anybody know what the number for the bulbs are, half my cluster is out.

I haven't been able to find a number for them. I stopped at Autozone and Advance on the way home yesterday, neither had a listing for them.
