1 Brake Light
Well... I have 1 Brake light on drivers side... The passengers side does not light up so I bought A NEW piece the bulb goes in for $18 and it didn't solve it. 2 New Bulbs no help. Just wondering what color are the wires for the brake lights to work? If I find it, Can't I just wire a 14 to 16 gauge wire to the other side and have brake lights on both sides? or would it become like hazard lights?
It's a 2002 Ford Ranger 4x4 4.0L if needed... I just don't want to burn anything up.
Thanks!

No. But I rigged it from front to back, now it works, and thanks for quick reply
Something I'm missing here cause of your question. You know something I'll bet. :P

If the turn signal worked but no brake light, my guess was going to be the multi function switch.
But seeing neither one works, you'll have to check the wiring and connections.
I'd start at the back and work my way forward.
