Welcome to the forum

No, there would be no "set price" for something like that
Most body shops will have the tools to cut out rusted areas and fabricate new metal parts to weld back in to place
But this would be a "time + materials" price

Some of the "time" is spent removing other parts to get to the rusted areas, if you can do that ahead of time it will save you money

And there are mobile welders/fabricators that can come to you, they often don't have shops so less overhead and can be less expensive on hourly rates, but some are more expensive

Just call around, its free to do that

Take pictures of the mounts that need replacing, and show or send them to people and ask for quotes
