1989 Electrical Help
Hello-
I have an 89 2.9L 2wd ranger. The former owner didn't do the old girl any favors. The distributor was not bolted down- who knows where the hold down clamp is now, the O2 sensor was not hooked up, and there is a wire that was burned in half and zip tied up out of the way behind the AC compressor. I am stockpiling booze to build resolve to get to that terrible location for a distributor, but my problem is with the wire. It's a white wire with a pink stripe that is in it's own loom. Also in the loom farther away is the coolant temp sensor wire. I can't really see where this white wire goes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
