1990 ranger won’t start

I’ve hit my limits on knowledge with my issues in my truck. Needing some guidance if anyone smarter than me is willing.

1990 ford ranger 2.3 l manual transmission. I can not get it to start. When I put my keys in and go to turn it on everything turns on, dash radio etc… as I go to start the truck the power cycles like it’s trying to start but nothing…. I can go and jump it at the solenoid on the fender and it will start just fine.

I have replaced the starter solenoid on the fender, I’ve replaced the starter, I have replaced the ignition switch on the steering column, I just replaced the clutch safety switch and am still getting the same response…. I’m at a loss. I’d appreciate some help. Thanks you all for any guidance!
