1997 Ford Explorer question
Would a 1997 Ford Explorer with a V8 5.0 be able to safely tow my 95 Ranger single cab?

I vote yes. Though correct me if im wrong, but i dont remember explorers coming with V8s.

yeah they started putting them in the Explorer in 95 i believe

Generally speaking it should do just fine, assuming it is in decent shape overall.

I'm correcting you.

They had V8's as an option since 96.
