Hello, I'm new to the Ranger Forum, but love it as I love my truck! I actually have a 98 Mazda B-4000, but it is, of course, a Ranger. It came with a Ranger owners manual in the glovebox.
My problem is that I have lost my speedometer, power windows, wipers, and dome light all at the same time. It started with a wisp of smoke coming out of the dashboard after about a half-hour drive, so it appears to be an electrical short that affects all of those important instruments. I'm not a mechanic, but can do some things. This seems to be something I should take to a shop.. Any ideas?
