2003 ford ranger window seal leaks

This has been an issue for awhile now, but I thought that now's a good time to try and fix it. On both, passenger and driver side windows, they leak. The only temporary fix is if i roll the window up 3/4 of the way, then tilt the window panel toward the rear, hold its position, then roll it all the way up it works. Any possibly causes and fixes? Thanks.+

You can actually tilt the glass? If that's the case then your rollers on the regulator to window are worn or your regulator is worn. The window should only move up and down with the regulator not for and aft.

Yeah, I can literally move each panel of glass probably a good inch forward and backward. Have you happen to have any sorta manual to fix the rollers? and how difficult is it?

I would pull off the door panels and look to see if the run channels are loose/broken/rusted.
