I've looked everywhere and can't find where I'm losing power. I took the rubbers off by door hinge, checked the fuse, only place i haven't looked is under the fuse box. Anybody have any ideas or advice??

 

Followed my power to the motors. Both motors are bad, Kinda strange that both are bad but it is what it is. I ordered 2 new regulators with motors from Rockauto for $35 each. That should fix my problem, it's just weird to me that both motors don't work.
