Icon3 700 lb Payload on a 1997 2.3L

Hey! I recently purchased a pop-up camper from someone, and need to pick it up.

I was wondering if you guys think that I should be able to put 700 pounds on an older manual ranger (with proper engine maintenance)? What have people's experience been with the I4's? I will have to go up some hills (Seattle), but they're pretty low grade

Thanks,
CoolBreeze
