91 ranger, xlt. 2.9L- Shift motor is good but is not receiving power. All fuses good, all relays good.Have tried 3 different modules, when go to do self test, the light never flashes or turns on all of them. Replaced shift motor with new one and still nothing. Replaced 4x4 switch and did nothing.
Manual hubs are switched on.
2 shops have looked at it and can not figure out the issue. Both said shift motor is not receiving power.

I possibly think it may be a grounding issue but don’t know how to add ground to it.

Is this a grounding issue? Or a broken wire somewhere? Why does the module suddenly not do anything when i attempt the self test?
