Hey guys. I just bought a 96 ranger a few days ago. The guy I bought it from added a fog light bumper but never got around to adding the lights. I picked up a pair of lights today but I can't figure out how to mount them. There is no bracket or anything for them to mount to. Does anyone have a pic of how they're mounted behind the bumper? Here is a pic of behind the bumper and one of the lights. Thanks

 

are those OE lights?

 

Yes. I actually bought them from 5.0 resto for a fox mustang since its the same exact light other than the plug. The lights are cheaper that way. Both lights were $50. I double checked w/ LMC truck and they have the same mount.

 

if im not mistaken there is a mount that goes around the hole on the bumper and the light bolts to that

 

Is the mount made to the bumper? If so, wonder why this bumper doesn't have it? He bought this bumper from LMC truck. They are made to OE specs.

you need the mounting brackets...the one bolt behind your bumper in your above pic with the empty hole next to it is where the bracket mounts to. I have a OEM set that im goin to mount on mine i"ll see if i can get you some pics. the mounts you need are for a 93-97...98+ will be different.
