Icon4 '96 Ranger just developed a short

Just the other day, well, night, I noticed the lights in my dashboard were out, as were all of the lights for the radio and environmental controls. I checked the fuse for this (F7) but it wasn't blown, however, I did discover that F3 (15A) was blown. I replaced it and the IP lights came back on, but now the fuse burns out after I turn on the headlights!

Seems like I have a short somewhere. Any ideas?

Also, if anybody has it, I'd like to see a wiring diagram, including one for the main headlight switch (i.e. a pinout diagram), which I've managed to remove and would like to check.

And before you ask, No, I didn't recently install or do anything to the truck.

Thanks in advance,

JG

P.S. I have a 3.0L V6 w/ manual transmission. No add-ons that I'm aware of other than a 3rd party anti-theft system. (It was already installed when I bought the truck 4 years ago. I don't know much about it other than it says "Pro Lock" and they're out of business now.)

Fuse F3 (15A) supplies power via a Tan and White stripe wire to the Park Lamp Relay (if used) and the Head Lamp Switch. The Head Lamp Switch, when set to Park or Headlights then connects this circuit to the Park Lamps via a Brown wire running to front and rear lamps.
