AC Compressor Humming / Whining at Low RPMs
AC Compressor Humming / Whining at Low RPMs
So I had my AC compressor replaced at the dealer 2 months ago, and recently I have noticed a semi-loud humming / whining noise coming from what I am pretty sure is the compressor. This noise only happens around 1300-1500 RPMs, and only happens with the AC engaged. If I turn off the AC, or if I bring the RPMs back up above 1500, it goes away entirely.
Any ideas what this could be? I also just replaced my IAC valve so that should not be it.

i cleaned my throttle body and it seems to either have gone away or gotten quieter.
it may also be something in the evap system...the hose going from the TB to the valve looks like it was knocked around in the compressor install...
