No trailer power connector...

No trailer power connector...

i was under my truck and noticed that i dont have one of those trailer plugs to connect for power and such, and im wanting to get a line of fire from wayne... ive pulled on everyone single piece of conduit under there and nothing... is there a simple way to install a new plug connector?

Most auto parts stores will have an aftermarket 4 pin plug set. They usually just plug into the existing wire harness (somewhere around the back bumper) using a "T" connector. Simply unplug the factory plug and put the "T" plug in the middle of it.

Here's one place to get it. Chances are good you could find it cheaper at Wal-mart or something like that.

yeah, not all rangers had them, but i think in at least 01 then came stock

would a stock one on an explorer work because my brothers tradiing in his probably and i was just gunna get that and use it?

ok anyone know if the stock explorer one just unplugs or not? my brothers picking up his new exploder tomorrow or sunday so i need to know asap...
