Adding seats to ext. cab?

I have an ext. cab with no seats in the back! There is just a little compartment thingy on each side and I was wondering if it would be possible to take those out and put in those folding mini seats. Has anyone done this? Anyone know where I may find seats?

Thanks a lot.

Wow, I didn't know they made them like that. You should be able to go to a junkyard and get a set of seats from any 1998+ 2 door extended cab I would think. For sure 2001+ should work -- but I don't know for sure.

He has a 2004 2-door. The 2-door and 4-door cabs are different enough that the jump seats would not interchange. The older 2-door supercab jump seats folded into the side wall cavity but the 4-door seats fold up and store against the back wall of the cab.

The 2005 ordering guide says that the jump seats are available on 4-doors only. That probably means that there are no lap and shoulder belt anchors or floor anchors in the 2005 2-door model. I don't know where that leaves the 2004 model but it is could be the same.

2000 was the last year the pop-out windows were used in Rangers, so having a 2002 2 door wouldnt help you...

I'm sure someone could mod their way out of that situation...
