apartment got struck by lighting

So my apartment got struck. I was charging my battery at the time of this on a small charger. Anyways my truck doesnt start now. I replaced the battery another durlast gold. Still nothing

Do the lights come on? does the starter do anything? If the lights come on maybe it just fried the starter
