Icon4 B3000 rough idle/bad jerking at 45mph

Ok, i'm completely new at all this. i have a 99 mazda b3000 troy lee edition. recently, it's developed a bad shake. Idle is pretty rough at times, and at first, my check engine light wasnt on. after i replaced spark plugs and wires, light came on and pulled a code for cylinder 1 misfire. replaced coil pack and no change. my stepdad says he tested the fuel injectors and they are good. poured heet in the tank thinking maybe water got in with my gas. no change. now the rough idle isnt always there unless the truck is nice and warmed up. and if i accelerate, i dont feel the shaking as much. 45 mph seems to be where it shakes or jerks the worst. as soon as i left of the gas or accelerate, the jerking fades. oil and transmission fluid all look good. i now have a 2nd code along with the cylinder 1 misfire. this new code reads system too lean (bank 1) any help would be most appreciated!

Have you checked your vacuum lines? Make sure you don't have any vacuum leaks. The second code system too lean means that it's running too rich and that it is trying to lean it out but can't. HTH

The best way is to use a smoke machine (you can also google You Tube) for some DIY ones.
