The RSS has been removed, and the problems went away, except I no longer have remote start, the FOB doesn't work, etc.

Now, the P/N of the RSS is 7l3j-19g367-aa
The DNA module is a Gen-2 Gold

I am finding the main module online at about $30.
DNA modules for $20, but I don't need that, I hope.
On the main modules the only difference I see will be the first of the P/N. Such as 7l2z instead of 7l3j. The rest of the P/N is easy to find online. That's the 19g367-aa.

My question is, will pretty much any of the similar modules work in my system? A 2010 4x4 4L w/trailer package.

Yes, Remote start is not all that common, on any vehicle, Rangers even less so.
