i got my slider out of a 2000 mazda and it looked like that, the bolt pattern for my 08 was a little different though but that could be because it was solid vs. slider. i think my 08 had more bolt holes though..

Not trying to be a dik, but what's this doing to the Ear Drums ?

I can't image how much wattage is required in an audio system to blow out a rear window, they are stout units.

Not to change the subject but how much wattage are you running ?

Sorry I do not have an answer for you but this is interesting.

Why not go with a plexiglass or something so it wont happen again?
