Coolant Leak 2003 2.3L

I saw white smoke coming out behind my B2300 today. When I popped the hood I noticed that the little device that looks like it controls the coolant flow to the heater core had broken and was spewing coolant everywhere. You can see the part here:

I have no idea what happened here. Does anyone know what this part is called and a place to get good prices on OEM stuff on the web? Thanks.

Those parts arent very reliable. They are always breaking on the rangers. It is called a Heater Control Valve (i think) They should only be like 10-15 bucks.

Thanks. I replaced that part. It was about $25 from Ford. However I have filled up the coolant system and driven it about 4-5 times. It seems that every time I drive it the coolant level drops a bit. I would expect that the first 1-2 times I drive it because it is getting all of the air out. But I am afraid I may have a bad head or head gasket. While the coolant was leaking out it never got hot. The gauge never got above the middle (which is where it normally runs).
