Body mounts for lift

I'll be getting a body-lift sometime within the next 2 weeks and I want to be sure that I know how to do it before it gets here (that way I can get it on as fast as possible). Went and looked and found 12 total body mounts (bed and cab). My question: should I start soaking any bolts in WD-40 yet? And with the rest of the install you have to undo the ground point on the body, cable-linkage for auto tranny, and top 2 radiator mounts before right? When does the steering extension come in? I honestly don't think I'm getting the directions unless Ranger1 saves stuff like that. But any help is appreciated.
