Brake lights,fourways, and directionals not working

Brake lights,fourways, and directionals not working
I have a 2001 xlt 4x4 and I recently installed a aftermarket radio and now my four ways won work nor my directionals or brake lights. What could be the problem?

In cab fuse box, check
Fuse #13, 20amp, Brake light
Fuse #21, 15amp, Flasher
These fuses have power all the time, so are easy to blow when you work on a vehicle, this is why most recommend unhooking battery when doing any work on a vehicle
