hey im wondering if anyone can tell me how to turn off the pats system on my 2002 b3000. i know your supposed to go to the dealer but no thanks,i know their is a way on every vehicle they just dont want you to know. im pretty certain i have a bad pcm but would like to turn off my pats and give it a shot with one from the wrecker before investing at the dealer. thanks

 

i would, but with the chance your trying to take someones truck, your gonna have to try and find the info. wish i could help, just dont wanna risk it.

 

A tuner will do it, otherwise its the dealer.

The PATS and ECM are married and wont work with out each other.
