A/C Clutch issues.

Lately I have been having a problem with my a/c. It will work perfectly fine and blow ice cold for about 15 minute. Then randomly while I'm driving down the road the air will become warm and about 5 mins. later it will become cold again. I can lightly tap the clutch on the compressor and it will start working again until it kicks off. I also notice that when I'm idling the ac will not cycle, the compressor will just stay on. The system is fully charged, the clutch has power, at least I am pretty sure it does since I can tap it and it will work. Could it be a switch or something? Or is the clutch weak?
Here is a short video of the problem. YouTube - Compressor clutch problem (the groaning has gone away if it has anything to do with the problem.)

A good fully charged system the clutch should not go on and off.If the clutch keeps clicking off and on it is low on refridgerent.
