Can anyone help Rangers running rough

Hey there, just trying to get some help with my truck. its a 2004 ford ranger 4x4 3.0. Its idles rough, and every once in a while cuts out with no power then cuts back in. I have changed the wires spark plug, coil, MAF, and fuel pump. I just cant get it

sounds like it could be electrical check the obvious, grounds to engine chassis and wiring to your coil, tps etc. Look for loose broken or dirty wires. You can do the wiggle test and see if that will find it.

Also look for vacuum leaks... I had a rough idle problem after replacing the heads on my 4.o and the one under the throttle body ran near the exhaust manifold and had a crack in it.
