everytime i replace it then plug in my ipod charger it blows the fuse dont know why any help would be nice

 

Does it blow when you plug other things in?

If not it sounds like the Ipod charger has a short in it.

hate to say it but the ciggarette lighter socket isnt really made for plugging things like that in it.thats why now they have power outlets that are separate.other wise maybe sticking in a higher fuse?i know that isnt recommened but its an idea.does itblow fuses when you use the ciggarette lighter?if so maybe replace the outlet and try again.sorry im not of much help.

 

Since its blowing when anything is plugged in I'd eliminate the outlet itself first. You can pick up a replacement at walmart or in the help! section at advanced for less than $10. The swap is pretty self explanatory.

 

get a 40amp fuse if that blows u got prob lol

 

hmm been having alot of fuses pop recently like last night driving down the rogue and the fuse under the hood for fuel popped =/

the ground has a nic in the wire to the cig light maybe the problem have to replace the fuse and the fuse for the power outlet cuz its missing

 

Are you going through light bulbs too? Its possible your alternator is overcharging if fuses are blowing like crazy. Go to advanced and ask them to check your battery, alternator and starter. Its free...
