Command start

My uncle got a new command start put on his 04 f150 and gave me his old one, i was wondering if the old command start would work in my 2000 ranger?

i assume you are talking about a remote start system. if so it should work unless you have a 5speed.

yes remote start, aka command start, and no i dont have a 5 speed, so i should be in the clear?
