That sounds like a pretty typical place in the Ford Ranger, because on the side of the co-driver, several cooling system hoses and joints pass near the firewall. The most common reason for such a leak is the connection of the heating device hoses or the O-rings of the heater core pipes themselves, which can start to drizzle just at the firewall without the leak in the cabinet. The connection of the thermostat housing or the top water hose can also drain in that direction and drain along the side of the engine to the back. It is advisable to clean the area properly and use the pressure in the system, so that the leakage point is usually quickly revealed.

Thanks, the liquid coming from the a/c weep hole may be just the condensed water from a/c. And not coolant. Ill keep an eye on it.
