91-94 Ford Ranger w/ RPM WHITE FACE BLUE INDIGLO GLOW GAUGES | eBay

Can they be color changed from Blue to Purple? Or passthru color?
Looking to change the interior "highlight" color to Purple LED.

I have been reading thru all the guides I can get my hands on.
any advice on the subject is welcome!!

Wondering if they are like the stock gauges and you can just repaint the back of the gauges the preferred color..

I got no problem spending the $100 or so on a new set of gauges and these to setup new colors, but don't want to throw money away either if that doesn't work...

 

Just my opinion... no, the color can not be changed, the color is usually made as part of the gauge panel.

A different color bulb can vary the color some but not a true color.

I purchased gauge panels with RED major color, work ed out well... that will be my second project I take on.
