Cylinder 2+3 misfire

Today when i was driving home on the interstate my truck very suddenly lost all power due to misfires. I was able to limp it home which in hindsight probably wasnt good for it but i got it home and now im stuck with a truck that dosent run right. So the truck starts and idles fine no misfire there but when i open the throttle past 25% or so it starts to misfire really bad but after a couple seconds of keeping it at a consistent throttle it levels out and starts running perfectly again. If i open the throttle really slow i can get the engine all the way to redline/fuel cut without andything happening but when i rev it fast it starts misfireing enough to make the check engine light flash. I pulled the plugs when it cooled down and Cylinder one has a bunch of white crap all over it so i know its running very lean on that cylinder cylinder two is the complete opposite it is completely black cylinder three is less white then one and cylinder four is black as well. Dont know if that helps but ill kepp it in any way. And last but not least it is a 2002 b2300 with the 2.3 dohc engine

any help or advice you could give on what is causing my misfire would be greatly appreciated

Sparkplugs go 4 to 1 left to right

There are 2 coils in the coil pack, not 4

1 and 4 share a coil in the coil pack
2 and 3 share the other coil in the coil pack
Just FYI
So misfire on 2 and 3

Need to get the Codes, need exact code numbers, not the definition, i.e. need P0302, not "misfire #2"
Bluetooth OBD2 reader is under $15 and works on any vehicle 1996 thru 2023 and beyond, its a Law, so good tool to have if you plan on owning vehicles now and in the future

No codes then its most likely a computer issue, which is why you need to see if there are codes, lol

Yes, spark plugs need to be changed, for sure

Yes, #1's white crust means its running hot, could be Lean, or too wide a gap since its "nub" is burned off
Try some injector cleaner in the gas tank, like Seafoam

2 and 4 do look rich or oil is getting in, but rich is more likely, same, try injector cleaner

Anyway get the codes and put in 4 new spark plug, put some injector cleaner in the gas tank
Misfire should be gone with new plugs if not change Coil Pack
Pull the spark plugs after a week or so, assuming you drive it daily, and see what the tips tell you

And do you drive more that 15min each time you start it?

Thank you for the quick reply.

I only live like 10 minutes away from both my job and school so it doesn't get run very long.

I did replace the plug but after calming down i did some further testing and it does need the coil replaced. Both 2 and 3 didnt jump between the wire and coil but 1 and 4 did but the arc was really weak, very orange and not white. So im going to get a new coil and hope that fixes it.

On the plugs being bad i know the engine burns oil pretty bad, around a quart every 2 weeks so the engine very likely needs to be rebuilt.

Again thank you for the quick response

Change the PCV valve and clean its hoses every 2 oil changes that could be why its burning so much oil

Try to do weekend trips with over 20min drive time each way
