Dead truck!

CPP switch jumper for the manual to auto swap grounded to the parking brake pedal. Must've happened when I was driving it, drove it home and it was fine, then no crank when I went out an hour later. I've lost power to both 24 and 28 on the fuse panel. 24 is CPP switch, starter relay, and GEM; 28 is GEM and radio. I have no engagement to the starter relay. Another symptom may be a wire coming loose from the DTR (MLPS) sensor where I have them temporarily butt-connected until I can locate an in-tact harness. However, I don't think that would cause the symptoms of the lost power to the fuse block at 24 and 28.
So, where up-stream should I be looking for a popped fuse or a fried circuit?
EDIT:
Misunderstood the diagram, it looks like 24 is supposed to be dead because the truck has anti-theft and 28 only get's power under START (which it does). Instead the power is routed through the starter interrupt relay for the START signal. So now it makes more sense, I need to test for 12v START at the MLPS and if that fails I need to test the starter interrupt relay. BUT, 24 also says it controls the starter interrupt relay so I may be back at ground one where 24 is dead and I need to find out why. Anyone know how to test that relay?
Thanks,
Jesse

Maxi fuse 5 has power. Pin 1, 3, 5 of the starter interrupt has power, but I'm getting no power to the MLPS (which goes through the starter interrupt). Soooo, I am beginning to fear for the worst...GEM malfuntion. Because it has anti-theft, I think the anti-theft sends the final signal to the starter interrupt to engage the relay. Bob, do you know any way to test the GEM?
