I have a 2000 ranger xlt 4x4 3.0 v6. I was driving and it started running rough with the motor cutting out, and it just died, and wouldn't start. Took it to the dealership n they went through the fule pump, injectors. It turned out to be the sterparkplugs. A month later (today) it acts up doing same thing n dies, but once it cools down now it starts but run rough. A few ppl said the coil pack could be bad any ideas!

 

check the coils, do they look cracked. was it wet when the moter cut?
