Door latch cables?
Unless the cables themselves broke, you probably don't need them.
If the little plastic/rubber pieces at each end of the cable have started to come apart, there are aluminum replacements available that basically slide over the cable where the broken pieces once were. These are much cheaper than new cable assemblies, which aren't even really necessary since they aren't the problem.

They were available from Ford back around 2015, but I'm sure they're discontinued by now since we're past ten years since the last 2011 Ranger rolled off of the assembly line. Dorman may offer replacements, but you'll have to check out their website. You may also be able to find new old stock ones on Ebay. Still try your local Ford dealer as well, but if they have them, be prepared for sticker shock. You couldn't just get the cables, you had to buy the cable as an assembly with the latches.
