So on my 2001 XLT, I see the rectangular relay box way up under the dash, but for the life of me I can’t get the cover off to change out the flasher relay? What’s the trick? (Besides no room to work and me being an idiot?)

update. Watch for black tape! Once I removed that, push clips and removed
