E-fan reccomendations

Hi, I've read lots of info on e-fan..... pros and cons.

I mostly never tow anything. Use my ranger to get to work... a lil bit of off-roading here and there. I'm looking to install an e-fan mostly to increase my mpg, even if its only +1-2mpg, and better throttle response when passing someone on the highway, or turning those corners sideways...hehe
Am I going to get what I want with this mod ?

What's the best choice; I want everything included (no scrapyard hunting).
Direct links would be useful, or manufacturer & part number.

I've also seen that my stock fan is turning when I just started the truck, and it's still cold; is that normal ?? For the most I remember, everytime I opened the hood while it's running, the fan was turning. Does it mean my fan clutch is malfunctioning ??

Thanks for the help guys !

Mostly everybody here uses the Taurus E-fan not sure on the years. Your stock fan will spin at all times its just when the clutch is kicked in it will spin the same as the engine RPMs.

I Plan on keeping the truck for about 10 years... I don't wanna put stuff that is 10 years old, that is going to fail in 3 years.
And I'll still need to buy a thermostat & relay... I'd prefer buying a kit that has everything included (relay, thermostat, shroud, misc. hardware)
