EATC vacuum leak HELP

Ok so thanks to all who replied to my thread last week about the EATC issue. Apparently I have a vacuum leak which is causing it to blow through the defrosters whenever I accelerate. So anyway this is a pic I just took of the vacuum harness which connects to the back of eatc. You will notice in the pic that there is a spot for a vac line but no line. Is this my problem as this is how the harness came. If so will some silicone rtv in the extra hole fix it?

Is it possible the harness was installed upside down?

I would the that you need a port to atmosphere pressure to assist in valve venting. I maybe wrong.

Try some electrical tape on that port see if that makes a difference.

nada I jammed the smooth end of a drill bit into the open port and drove around same problem. However when I put the manual vacuum controls on like you said in the other thread then it worked fine. So does this mean that my EATC unit is bad?
