Electronic Flasher Location

The turn signals and hazard flashers have been working intermittently, depending on temperature, on my Ford Ranger.

All of the fuses have been replaced and I have removed the plastic and metal coverings below the steering wheel to replace the Electroinc Flasher Relay next.

I am having trouble finding it’s location and need some guidance. There is a plastic box (see pics) in the upper right hand corner underneath the dash.

This is a 2003 XLT 4.0 Liter 2 Wheel Drive

Thanks For your help.
