Fan Blade, or Fan Clutch?

Do I need to replace the Fan Clutch or the Fan Blades them self?

Tere is sufficient resistance, and give, to the fan when rotated, I liken it to rotating a lawn mower blade.

But it does give when moved on it's other axis.

Here is the video.

I'm almost positive you need a new clutch for it. It also appears to be off balance, inspect the blades for any chips cracks or breaks...

^yea it looks like the clutch because the fan is supposed to freewheel with the engine off and cool but it looks like your able to turn the whole engine over by turning the fan

That click does sound like the cylinders moving, but it is not, if you watch the shaft the shaft is stationary when the fan rotates.

The click is my finger hitting something, not sure what, but it hurt, I know that.
