Fog Light wire Question

I am most likely going to be installing my new fog lights tomorrow night and want to double check on something.

There are two wires for the stock fogs, black and orange. I just wanted to make sure the orange is the hot and the black is the ground or neg.

Thanks for the help.

-Mike
