Wire colors might different but the pin out will be the same.

4 - Ground
5 - Taped into lights for like the dash when I turn the headlights on or whatever
6 - Going to fog light

No, 3 is the output to fog lamp relay which then goes the lights
4 is ground correct
5 is power to the switch and to illuminate it
6 is going to the lights as well

I don't know why 3 and 6 both go to the lights but they do.

Here's the diagram if your interested to see it.

ok, so when you turn the light switch on, it puts power to the fog light switch which then lets you use it. Also, when you turn the light switch on, it illuminates the fog light switch right?

On the 08s the fog light switch is integrated into the headlight switch, you pull it out to turn the fog lights on.

What are you looking for, the fog light switch? Or the 08 headlight/fog light switch?

I've never seen them in the Edges. You'd have to do some wiring to get it to work.

Ok, I have done this many time but forget. How do you go about wiring up the relay? What wires go where? What is better, 4 or 5 pin relay?

How about this? For the time being I am going to put in an after market illuminated switch. Instead of ignition wire I would use headlight power.

The fog light switches are also in the 04 and prolly 01-06 i think or pull it out of an explorer same bezel and switch the only thing diffrent is the back windshild wiper control but you can also use another fog light switch in there for other lights

Ya, I am just going to wait on the bezel I want. I dont mind if it has a 4x4 switch on t but i dont want the rear window shield washer button or rear defrost. If it just has a 4x4 switch and then the fog light, I figure I can wire the 4x4 switch for something else and just paint over the part that says like 4 hi 4 lo and what not.
