found misfire problem?

Ive been getting a couple misfire codes for cyl 6. Runs poor low power shuddering etc. I checked the ohms on my spark plug wires and they were okay, checked my coils ohms against a brand new one and it was okay, Brand new plugs. I cleaned my injectors using a 12V source and carb cleaner i also checked my vacuum lines with a propane torch and nothing gave me any leads. Went under it today and noticed that the wire for the sensor on the passenger side thats located in the exhaust, after the manifold was a little melted from touching the exhaust. The connector plug was also meted some. Is it possible this is my problem?
