H3 LED's anybody?

Just ran across some H3 (and H7, etc.) LED replacement bulbs on EVILbay & thought these might work for the driving/fog lights I'm using for extra backup lights.

Has anyone tried any LED H3 bulbs?

I'm sure any of the LED configurations would draw less current than my current 55w H3 bulbs, but I wonder how much light the small SMT LED's would output.

I'm gonna try them out when I get my HIDs. I doubt they are all that great for light output but i don't really care.

I finally got my H3 9 smt LED bulbs...

They're not bad. I don't know if I'd want to depend on them as my only fog/driving lights, but they work well in conjunction with my white 63 LED reverse tail lights.

They have nowhere near the output or throw of my cheap 55w H3 "blue HID zenon" bulbs, but these LED bulbs require almost no current to run & are cool to the touch after being on for several minutes.

I even tried them with a 9v battery & they were quite bright.
