Hard to put into gear, 95 B2300 manual trans =[ HALP

Lately I've been noticing it's getting progressively harder to find the gear, usually when parked it's hardest to put it into first or reverse, my clutch fluid is fresh and topped off, clutch pedal depressed to the floor, no grinding or anything that would make me believe it's transmission related or not wanting to go into a gear, there's also no slips or anything in any of the gears and when driving and almost never have the slightest issue shifting as long as I'm moving.

I'm not much of a mechanic so, I dont really know where to start on this one =\ , is there a linkage or bushing or something that might just be loose/misaligned or somethin? Anybody help me out here?
