my heater/ac only blows hot air, with the ac on it blows hot, with the ac off and the fan on it it only blows hot even though i have it on cold, any thoughts ?

yeah where your actuator hooks into the door the hinge is broke. can be fixed with a 1/8th in nail or something like that. Ill see if I can find the info. I have the same problem but never wanted to fix it.

yup thats it. thanks. I might actually get around to fixing mine. lol its been broke for almost two years. funny thing is the Max A/C still works. but on A/C and anything else it blows hot. thats why I havent fixed it yet.

 

The reason max a/c works and the rest is hot is because the heater core is always having coolant flow into it in every position except off and Max A/C. In the OFF and Max A/C positions vacuum is applied to the heater control valve, thus bypass the heater core.
