Okay so... I'm hoping someone on here might have some advice... I had an alarm that was poorly installed... that drained my battery and now has short circuited a whole bunch of stuff in my truck...

2004 4.0L FX4

Things no longer working:
Radio
Wipers/Washer fluid
4x4 Low (high works just fine)
Cruise Control
Windows
A/C

Everything else works fine... I have checked, re-checked and then checked the fuses again... The only one that was blown is the radio one. I replaced it, it blew again, but now that the alarm is out it seems to stay fine... But nothing is working.

I thought maybe it was a relay, someone suggested the computer, but if it was the computer then I would assume none of the electronics would work...

Anyway I really don't want to take it in, let me rephrase I can't afford to take it in for repairs if its something that I could probably just buy a part for and fix myself...

Anythoughts??

I would get a repair manual and look for wiring diagrams, or maybe even try to find one online and check ground connections.
