dude its a 2000. battery time. autozone will test it, replace it, and then check your charging system. optimas are nice but you dont NEED one, get a duralast gold, the warranty is worth it, and they are good batteries

 

Ive got a optima and i have never had problems with it..............i do agree that they are over priced, BUT i got mine for a sweet deal so i couldnt pass it up......but to me it sounds like your batt is done for.

i traded my die hard for a red top optima...you should do the same especially with the system you got yum yum

 

I bought a battery, and everything is up and running....not Optima....dont have the money....but one will probably be in the future...
