1999 2.5L

I have this Lighted logo emblem kit and I’m wondering how difficult it will be to install on the tailgate of my ranger. It lights up red so when lights are on and when I brake.

what wires do I wire to what?

i know this right now on the kit
white — ground
brown — running or tail (low illumination)
red — stop (hi illumination)

Any help is greatly appreciated
